Home Finder Search Launched, 10/01/2007 - I am proud to announce the launch of my new Home Finder Property Search feature.  As a registered user of Home Finder you have the option of saving a search and having an email sent to you when new homes are listed that match your saved home searches. The new search feature will also allow clients to search & save MLS listings, receive email updates via email, schedule a showing and so much more. 

Multiple MLS Property Search, 09/27/2007 - I am proud to announce the launch of my new Multiple IDX search.  The state of Minnesota currently has nine different MLS databases to search from for property listings.  Southern Minnesota is covered by three of these databases.  You must be a member of each association to have access and/or list your properties for sale on these databases.  I am proud to announce that I am one of the few that belong to three (3) of these associations.  That means more property listings in your search as well as additional coverage for the homes that I market.

Our MLS database searches now include:

• RMLS (Twin City Metro & Surrounding Communities)
• RASM (Mankato & Surrounding Communities)
• SEMAR (Rochester & Surrounding Communities)

Home By Design Magazine Announced, 04/01/2007 - My Home By Design magazine features articles on decorating, design, remodeling, and more. Our feature articles will highlight some of the most beautiful homes in the United States and Canada. Our How-To sections show our readers some simple ways to beautify their home, make exotic meals or enhance their gardens. New Real Estate Agent Website Launched, 10/23/2006 - I am proud to announce the launch of my new state of the art Real Estate Services Web site today.
